Highline Pallets are built to withstand the toughest working conditions, and we guaranteed our product one year plus an extra warranty for another one-year period if used under proper conditions. Highline Pallets are built that exceed consumer expectations for Quality and Durability. We will replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect free of charge.
- The Warranty Extend only to original purchasers.
- Incidental or consequential damages are not recoverable.
- Misuse or use contrary to the use and care Instruction will void all product warranty.
- Do not cover misuse, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, lost or stolen, improper care or cleaning, nonstandard usage or negligence, or an act of God.
- If actual product replacement cannot be made due to unavailability, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a comparable product as a replacement or offer a credit towards future purchases in an amount not to exceed the price the customer paid for the exchanged item.
